Training Diary
Training Programs
Written by coaches at No Limits, for any gym with the usual machines and free weights. Pick one, follow it, and the diary keeps your place.
Body composition
Track your body measurements and see how your body changes over time. Every field is optional. New measurements can be recorded once every 7 days.
Pick one day a week and stick to it — first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking, after the toilet. Weight moves a kilo or more across a normal day, so the same time each week is the only way one week means anything against the next.
Progress photos
Photos stay on this phone. They are not uploaded, not synced to your account, and nobody at the gym can see them. Losing or wiping the phone loses them.
Exercise library
Removed from search
These stay out of your way, but any sets you logged against them are untouched.

Notice
Only used to put your name on a printed sheet or a shared picture. Leave it empty and both simply do without one. It stays on this phone.
A reminder arrives when your rest is up, and again every minute after that.
Account
No account needed. Your workouts are saved on this phone. The free version keeps your 7 most recent workouts.
Want to keep your training history? Create an account to sync your workouts across devices and keep them safe if you change or lose your phone.
Create your account below first. Once you are signed in, you can subscribe or enter a founder code on this screen.
The full version is $6.99 a month, or $69 a year. Every workout you ever log, kept in your account and on every device you sign in on, plus the training programs, progress photos and body composition. Cancel any time.
Creating an account means your training is copied to our database in Sydney. What we store, and what we don't.
Choose a new password for your account. You're signed in already — this just sets the password you'll use next time.
The free version keeps your last 7 workouts on this phone. The trial keeps 14 and syncs them to your account. Free for 14 days, no card, and nothing happens automatically when it ends.
The free version keeps your last 7 workouts on this phone, and older ones drop off. $6.99 a month keeps every workout you ever log in your account for good — on every device you sign in on, and still there if you change phones or lose this one.

App version
Keep it on your home screen
It opens full screen, works without signal, and behaves like any other app.
iPhone — in Safari, tap the Share button at the bottom (the square with an arrow), scroll down, then tap Add to Home Screen.
Android — in Chrome, tap the three dots at the top right, then tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
It's a deliberate choice.
The No Limits Training Diary is currently a web app, so there's nothing to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Simply open it in your browser, add it to your home screen, and from there it works much like an app downloaded from an app store — with its own icon and full-screen experience.
So why have I built it this way?
Right now, I'm personally developing the Training Diary and improving it based on real feedback from the people using it.
This isn't being built by a big development team. If you find a bug, tell me something is annoying, suggest an improvement or recommend a feature, that feedback comes directly to me.
And if it's something that will make the Training Diary better, I can work on it, test it and release the improvement quickly.
With a traditional App Store app, updates generally need to go through development, testing, submission and the store release process. With the web app, I can make improvements without waiting for that process — and there's nothing you need to download or manually update.
You simply open the Training Diary and the latest version is there.
The small monthly or annual subscription helps cover the real costs of running the Training Diary, including hosting, deployment and online data storage. It also goes directly towards continued development and getting the Training Diary ready for the next stage.
Eventually, the plan is to make it available as a downloadable app through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
But right now, the web app gives me something even more valuable:
The ability to listen to your feedback, make changes and keep improving it quickly.
You're not just using the Training Diary — especially at this early stage, you're helping me build a better one.
Open it. Add it to your home screen. Train.
