Training Programs
Every way to train, in one place. Choose a collection below.
No Limits Workouts
These programs have been designed around the equipment available at No Limits 24/7 Health Clubs. They can also be followed at other gyms with similar equipment.
If your gym does not have a particular machine or exercise, choose a suitable alternative targeting the same area.
My Workouts
Build, save and follow your own workouts.
No Limits Legends
Legendary training. Real history.
Explore documented workouts and training methods used or described by some of the most recognised names in bodybuilding, strength, sport and screen.
My personal bests
Every exercise you have logged, at its heaviest. The date is the day you set it.
Build your own
Add the exercises you want, in the order you want them, and set how many sets, how many reps and how long you rest. It is saved with your programs.
SchembriPT
Bodybuilding programs from Ben's competitive years
Body composition
Track your body measurements and see how your body changes over time. Every field is optional. New measurements can be recorded once every 7 days.
Estimate your body fat
Don't know your body-fat percentage? Enter a few simple body measurements and we'll calculate body-fat estimates using two recognised circumference-based methods.
These are estimates based on body measurements, not medical or professional body-composition measurements.
The published equations are different for male and female bodies, so the choice drives the maths.
Horizontal tape at the level of the top of your right hip bone, relaxed, at the end of a normal breath out. This is where the RFM protocol measures.
Below the larynx (Adam's apple), with the tape sloping slightly downward to the front and shoulders relaxed.
Widest horizontal measure around the hips, feet together.
The two waist fields are different on purpose: the RFM equation is published for a waist taken at the top of the hip bone, while the U.S. Navy method takes a man's waist at the navel or a woman's at the narrowest point of the torso.
Pick one day a week and stick to it — first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking, after the toilet. Weight moves a kilo or more across a normal day, so the same time each week is the only way one week means anything against the next.
Progress photos
Photos stay on this phone. They are not uploaded, not synced to your account, and nobody at the gym can see them. Losing or wiping the phone loses them.

Removed from search
These stay out of your way, but any sets you logged against them are untouched.

Profile
Only used to put your name on a printed sheet or a shared picture. Leave it empty and both simply do without one. It stays on this phone.
Used by the plate hints on barbell exercises, so the weights they suggest are ones your bar can actually make. EZ curl bars are often around 10 kg, women's Olympic bars 15 kg, standard Olympic bars 20 kg — and anything else can be typed in.
A reminder arrives when your rest is up, and again every minute after that.
Account
No account needed. Your workouts are saved on this phone, and everything in the app is free to use.
Want your training on every device? Create an account and it is kept in your account and on every device you sign in on — still there if you change or lose your phone.
Creating an account means your training is copied to our database in Sydney. What we store, and what we don't.
By creating an account, you agree to our Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Your data
Everything the diary holds on this phone — workouts, body entries, settings and your programs — in one file you keep. An account keeps a copy too; this works with or without one.
Keep it on your home screen
It opens full screen, works without signal, and behaves like any other app.
iPhone — in Safari, tap the Share button at the bottom (the square with an arrow), scroll down, then tap Add to Home Screen.
Android — in Chrome, tap the three dots at the top right, then tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
Your feedback goes straight to me.
App version
It's a deliberate choice.
The No Limits Training Diary is currently a web app, so there's nothing to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Simply open it in your browser, add it to your home screen, and from there it works much like an app downloaded from an app store — with its own icon and full-screen experience.
Right now, I'm personally developing the Training Diary and improving it based on real feedback from the people using it.
The web app lets me test and release improvements quickly without waiting for an app-store release process.
Eventually, the plan is to make it available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
